"The lady was the worst employee and not helpful at all. I came at 6:25 to make a UPS return and the Employee was very rude, and would not even print off a label for me."
"Customer service is VERY POOR, Attitudes nasty BOTH OF THE LADIES Was VERY UNAPPROACHABLE , neither of them smiled, just a unpleasant experience, they need to work in the back or behind the scenes if I can rate 1-10 I would definitely give -1"
"Store is locked at 1pm on a Saturday, lights are on and no note on when the staff will return. Frustrating to waste a trip, and I’ve dealt with the rudeness of the staff like the other reviewers here."
"Dropped off for Amazon given wrong receipt and it's my fault. Worst service ever. They are only a third party. I guess that justifys them not following procedures. Won't ever stop there again. STAY AWAY"
"Would absolutely give a 0. Side note added to the post below. Packages were laying everywhere, some open and contents gaping out. Wouldn't trust them to mail anything either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The lady was incredibly rude, would not listen and filed in my I9 form incorrectly (form needed to verify employment) I told her what needed to be uploaded as I recently got a green card immigrating from Canada. Meaning that I HAVE TO upload a work permit. It clearly says so on the forms confirming appointments. I told her that repeatedly and she just said: 'I only know this way' refused to listen and submitted and walked away. I tried again to tell her with no luck or consideration. I got a call saying the documents don't qualify for employment even though I have a valid WORK AUTHORIZATION that she wouldnt upload. It is part of the class A documents listed. She only knew the class B and C ones. It costs nothing to stop and think and listen for a min. I had to spend several hours on the phone to be able to be resissued an appointment for the next day. Obviously at a different location.... I have filed a formal complaint with UPS. You should not be able to complete forms you have no understanding on or training of. "
