"I've attempted to find the manager for the purpose of renting a room while I apartment search the doors are always locked and the one individual we who I spoke with was very vague about the as answers. How much a month? It depends. he answered. On what? Oh a lot of things. He answered. Like what? Oh you know, but we don't have any rooms available right now. With me was my registered and vested service dog that he constantly looked at while answering my questions without giving me any information. I asked if I could speak with the manager and he said oh she's very busy and not here . so my review is discrimination by staff and Black balling the attempt to speak with the Boss. After reading the pro and Con review which I found helpful I'd still like to speak with the manager about a room for two adult's and a registered service dog which by law CANNOT BE DENIED NOR CHARGED FOR EXCEPT A REFUNDABLE $50.00 DEPOSIT. I'm interested in her decision and would still like to rent a room. I like the security preventing just anyone from walking in and out. I'm on parole and trying to get on my feet and get my life back. Tell me will there be a response to this from the manager? And will it be an excuse or an invitation? I think that Park view studios would be a good place for me to start and get out of the mission. I've called between 9am and 4pm I guess the person who answers the phone has to use the bathroom whenever the phone rings because I've never gotten an answer. Hire me. I have experience from a 5star hotel known as the Hilton De Santa Fe. As well as the Marriott also in Santa Fe the phones would be answered and my concierge experience would be great addition to the Manager and the motel. but hey. I'm just one person who had an experience with an employee. Peaceful thoughts to you all."

"They pick and choose who they give monthly rates too but they do have monthly rate, The hallways smell like weed all the time. The workers there hit on you all the times , and the owner is rude and was pointing her fingers at me. At one point in time I thought she was gonna try fighting me. They are very disrespectful. Even if you were offered a monthly rate I'd pay weekly because I payed 3 weeks in advance and they kicked me out because I had my daughter there , they said I didnt Pay the 20 dollars that she stayed 2 days ! They didnt even give me my deposit back. Oh and they got bugs."

"I enjoyed my stay here; all the employees were nice and accommodating and went out of their way to help when I needed it. The wifi has definitely been upgraded since the time of the one review that claimed it was super slow. The room I stayed in was as clean as can be expected. I had only pleasant interactions with other residents; nothing unpleasant happened whatsoever the entire duration of my stay. The property is in a great location, for my needs anyway, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The only reason I left is because I had friends offer me a place to stay for next to nothing, and it's not easy to turn down free rent."

"Would of rated it lower but couldn't possibly do it. It was great for the first few months of living here cause I was down on my luck. But then my some of my things went missing and I know the only ones with access to the rooms are the employees and they decide that they took them. They were a fathers day gift from my wife before my son was born. A $40 Zippo and a $90 knife were the only valuable things I had to my name. I tore the room apart looking before I accused but no were to be found. They walked in my room without knocking and woke me and my son up (I work thirds and a father to a 6 month old) from our nap and started yelling at us because his toys and bed were clustering up the room and they down right disrespected me in my own room blew over $10000 here in rent then they kick us out after I confront them about what went missing I was told and I quote "there is nothing of value in your room anyways. Why would we take it" like That's not insulting and how would they know if they don't go thru your stuff when your not there. Shot up a red flag to me and an admission of guilt. And Angie and otis true to cover there ass after I try to warn people here to watch out if there stuff went missing me my pregnant wife and my 6 month. Old are kicked out right before the rent was due with out even a 24hr notice. Not to mention but most of the older tenets had informed me a week after staying there that a guy over dosed and died in the room. When we came to get a room they said don't mind the smell the old tenet clogged his bathroom and made the toilet backfire. Never knew that I was smelling a dead body....I don't advise anyone live here."
