"To anyone that file a complaint against a college through Accs. You must know this complaint system is a joke. You can only fine a complaint here after you file a complaint you can through the school. I sent a email to them waited 3 weeks when I didn't hear anything. I sent a email through gmail. According to them my email got sent to scam. Now your 30 days start now. Which is unfair I sent the email 3 weeks ago. Not my fault it was scammed or overlooked. Olivier Charles was suppose to be on my case. After emailing him and talk with him he assured me I would hear for him at the end of 30 days. When the 30 days end I heard nothing from him. Emailed and tried calling him several times including leaving a voicemail. Nothing from him period, 45 days into the case. I decided to call someone else up there and they reply and respond lucky. After 80 days into my case with them. They just sent me a email with a letter with my school final decision. What the point of this system of you just going to not investigate and just side with the school. The moral of the story is Olivier Charles is horrible at him job and this point serves no point. Just a place where people do little work and collect the checks. Warning don't waste your time these people are useless."
