"Jenny the manager not helpful till everything is out of hand, the front desk person stopped the transaction due to a question I asked and had a hold on my card for the entire amount. Tried to charge me again and of course it declined due to being already on my card (pending) now they have tried to charge my card another 5 different times today with out my permission and managed to get another amount out. Now I have no money left on my business CC due to this horrible service and management."

"The room was in my spouse's name and I have troubles remembering names, numbers, etc. I remember perfectly the level of professionalism, neat Lobbie, spotless clean compared to other True hotels. The front desk agent, I believe Chris, he runs the place perfectly like it was his own business. his attentive efforts to make the stay like home for us. The retail area is the cleanest of all True hotels we stayed so far. The breackfast stand is neat and like there was a whole crew setting it as I waited. I have only wonderfull memories of my stay and I hope next time in F. Wayne we happen to meet again with the same employees. It all comes to the staff when keeping a place as clean when it was just open for business in a hotel that low in personel overnight. I'm amazed how one man can run the emtire operations alone and having such care for.details."

"Everything is new and modern. Clean. Warm and professional greeting. Lobby actually looked like fun to hang out in. Water bottle filler on the way up to the room. Just off the interstate, near restaurants, and very close to where we were headed."

"It as a layover stop as worked my way back to Michigan. Drove through Fort Wayne many times, but never through the city. The hotel was conveniently located to the freeway so made for an easy on and off. Very similar layout to the other Tru hotels, lobby is very open and full of energy. There are several areas to lounge around and play a game of pool. The staff were very kind and welcoming upon arrival and departure. Would definitely consider a return visit."

"It was a very nice, modern, clean room. The lobby with it's pool table, games area and charging stations was a great place to chill and be with the family. There is a wide array of snacks available for purchase as well. The Continental breakfast was very satisfying, scrambled eggs, sausage links and pancakes. The staff was friendly and welcoming."
