"Secluded, quiet, cozy, and an unexpected respite from the insanity of midtown. Amster Yard is smaller than I had assumed, but it’s beautifully austere, and has a handful of seats and tables making it a nice spot to eat your lunch or avoid the hustle of the office for a few moments. Definitely a hidden gem in Midtown East."
"Not much to see here, but it’s cozy and quiet and quaint. Nice spot to get away for a quiet conversation or solitude. I went after 5pm on a Friday and there were only two people there, one of whom was a maintenance worker. Someone mentioned on here that it closes at sundown, so that’s something to keep in mind if you plan to go. ☺️"
