The Peristyle Parade Place, Brooklyn, NY 11215

"Beautiful and decorative structure. I came here one day and there was an artist event going on. I do not recall the name of organization that was hosting the event but their owner, Harrison Love was ogling me the entire evening. At first, I took this as another eccentric NY artist but then he started getting very hands on. At one point he brushed his paint brush across my breast, when I called him out on it, he acted like it was an accident but it was very deliberate. He then was insistent that I take a drink from what he called "Jonestown Punch" and I refused. I didn't get a picture of Harrison Love but I found a few images online. There is also a picture I took when I was at the event. I just think every woman should be on guard with Harrison Love if there are future events here."

"This is such a beautiful place to take photos. I had friends that got married here. They tried to get permits, but couldn’t from the city, so just ended up throwing the wedding here with rented tables a DJ and a bar and all. No one came to shoo them away. Not sure if I’d recommend it but what a beautiful time and a gorgeous space"

"This lovely structure offers local residents a place to collect. Some afternoons Mexican folk dancers rehearse, that same morning a hired photographer takes staged photos of Hasidic mothers and their babies. On occasion bicyclists use it to take shelter from a torrential summer rain. Whomever and however this peristyle is being used, it’s wonderful and very useful."
