They serve alcohol here (optional) so it’s a good hangout for grownups, but there are classes for children too. "I'm from out of town, but happened to be in Fort Wayne for business last week. Thankfully, I had a free evening on Wednesday which coincided with the Curling Club's Learn to Curl night. It was a small group with just as many instructors as attendees, which was great. We all got a lot of individual attention and plenty of time to curl. It's been something on my bucket list for a while now (it's a long, detailed list, but this was on it!), and I'm glad I got to do it in Fort Wayne. Their excellent facility is dedicated to curling, with four separate lanes (apologies if they're called something else). They had all of the equipment we needed. I'd definitely recommend dressing warm, since it's about 40 degrees on the ice. I had a knit hat, gloves and a hoodie on (among the other usual stuff), and was fine for the roughly 2.5 hours we were there. It's a great place to hang out in their heated area too, plenty of seating and a bar as well. This was a great experience, just wish I lived closer to join their rookie league! I'd highly recommend, especially in light of the super reasonable $20 fee."

"The learn to curl event I attended this week was educational and a lot of fun. It definitely made me want to join a rookie league. The facility is awesome and it's great that it has a bar. We are very lucky to have a dedicated curling facility in Fort Wayne – I believe it's the only one in Indiana. I highly recommend giving curling a try!"
