"Today was my first visit and I am excited to work with Julie Paston. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my overall health. The only drawback was the facility seemed a little outdated. With that being said, as long as I feel like my provider cares and we get along, the facility is just an afterthought. I would recommend anyone to Healthlinc and recommend they see Julie."
"Absolutely no patient- doctor confidentiality I told my nurse I don’t want use their pharmacy and if she needs to talk to me has to be one to one or over the phone Well I take my son the following week and she start asking my husband if it’s ok to talk about my results and what pharmacy he want US to use so apparently my opinion doesn’t matter"
"Had me come in for a lab for my daughter, then when I got there told me the computer was down. Asked me if I'd like to wait or come back another time I told them I would come back another time I just needed a school note for my daughter and a work note for me they told me they could not give me that because she wasnt seen even though it was there fault she wasnt seen."

"Their calendar is always full and sometimes you have to wait a month to get an appointment. There was 1 nurse who was the biggest sweetheart and I like my doctor but he messed up a couple times. I went to him for a hysterectomy referral and he didn’t tell me I needed to return to pee in a cup nor did he give me a referral. At the next appointment however he did refer someone but said I had to fast for 24 hours first and return with no appointment needed and pee in a cup. Turned out I only had to fast for 8 hours! Try to get a sample done at 3 p.m. but they said the lab that isn’t supposed to close for a few more hours was already closed."
