"I have been out of my medication for days, due to their error, which they admitted to last week. Very difficult to get through. Very unprofessional techs (talking about nails and swearing while I'm on the line, blaming everyone else for the error, when I just want my medicine). Tried to get it figured out with the pharmacy manager who couldn't have cared any less, even though they messed up. My provider is also frustrated. They said each person you talk to gives them a different reason it won't go through or different way to proceed. You can't mess around with people's medications. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human, but then you need to fix it and not give everyone the runaround for days. We need a new pharmacy."

"Techs are fast, helpful & cheerful (in spite of their massive workload!) Prices MUCH better than other places! (Why I switched.) Online site is pretty worthless but pharmacists/techs handle any issues quickly over the phone. Drive up line can be crazy long @ times, but if you just do something else & come back, it's invariably completely empty & you can zip right through."

"If I could give no stars, I would. I recently moved to the area and had my prescriptions transferred here, which was a huge mistake. Spent half an hour in line last night to be told that they were having insurance troubles (the prescriptions were sent over well before yesterday and no one tried to contact me), but that they would have them ready by the end of the day so I could pick them up this morning. So I went home and came back to Marion this morning. First, the tech tried to tell me that I wasn't eligible for a refill until the 22nd and implied that I was misusing the medication. When I pushed back, she went and spoke with the pharmacist, then came back and said they actually wouldn't have the medication until the 22nd, and that the other refill would not be available until at least 2:30 when the order came in. I asked to speak to the pharmacist since none of this seemed right. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting first like it was my fault, then like it was a normal thing for them to not have medications available and blamed both the delivery service and the drug manufacturers. I have never had this problem before, from any pharmacy, and have certainly never encountered this lack of professionalism from someone who handles medications for a living. I called another pharmacy in the area, and lo and behold they had both prescriptions in stock, so I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"The drive-thru window is not a dependable means to pick up your prescription and there is always a long line at the register when picking up inside the store. The staff are nice; however, the lack of communication on when to expect your medicine is a huge barrier. I depend on my pharmacy for my heart meds and when they don't receive my medication in a timely manner that has an impact on my health and quality of life. I'm very disappointed in the service and follow through of this pharmacy. After several months as a customer here, I will be requesting that my medication be filled elsewhere...a location that I can depend upon."
