"They have a new manager who is awesome. Don't have a big selection of sticks, but what they have ate good. Waitresses were very attentive, and our alcoholic beverages were always filled. Highly recommend"
"I attended Saturday night all star weekend so you know they were overcharging. We got a table and not one time did anyone check on us or ask if we needed anything. The bartender claimed they don't serve food but they usually have a caterer who we ever saw and no one told us. I'm fact the bartender said they only had one server..... On one of the busiest nights if the year. We also had VIP bracelets but meh. Burn didn't feel exclusive or special it just like an overpriced bar"
"AMAZING.... it's the only word to describe Burn by Rocky Patel. The lounge is something to see, and I was literally blown away just taking it all in. The attention to detail throughout is incredible... and I'm a licensed contractor! But what's even better than the lounge and incredible selection of great cigars and drink... the people Rocky has brought on board! The general manager, Lamont, humidor manager Josh, and bartender Carey, treat you like you're their only customer. This was one of the best work-trip excursions I've ever had. Would love to see a Burn in Charleston, SC."
"This place has a nice setup/ambience to it. It has plenty of tv's to watch sports, seating is nice, and the men's restroom was clean. The bartenders were on their job as well as the guy inside the cigar humidor room. Never been upstairs though, yet where my group was, was suitable. They were completely out of Modelo the day I went, which influenced my rating. Nonetheless, it's a great place to go have a cigar, if you're into that."
"Excellent experience. I went to their tasting event which is held the last Monday of each month and had an amazing time. A great experience for both those new to drinks and cigars and experienced aficionados. The staff was very present to answer any questions about pairings and both cigars and drinks. Definitely worth trying."
