"Your pharmacy staff is ridiculous. I tried to fill a prescription for my sister and they couldn't explain why I couldn't get it refilled for her. And they couldn't get it through their head that she was in surgery at the moment that I was there and her doctor couldn't return a phone call at that moment because he was busy. When I asked to explain why it couldn't be refilled, the man, who seem to be very nervous anyway, said that that was all the information he had. When I try to ask for clarification, he was quite curt to me and told me he wasn't going to be yelled at. I wasn't even yelling at him. I was just seeking clarification. But after that he found out exactly what yelling was. I really hope that he gets all the karma out of life that he deserves. He has no business serving the public in a pharmacy capacity or any other capacity if he has no empathy or knowledge. Thanks for making stressful day even more stressful."

"They are not time efficient on medications at all.. not just this time around but for awhile now. I requested my meds at yesterday and I am out of them today and they are still not ready. It’s clear they are overworked."

"Oh, Walmart... The line at this particular pharmacy is often ridiculously long and many common medications seem to be out of stock more often than not. The employees behind the pharmacy counter aren't very friendly and act like you're a bother just by being there. I would recommend utilizing the pharmacy across the street or any other pharmacy for that matter. Walmart just tries and fails to provide the customer service that we, as consumers, expect and deserve."

"I really like the Walmart pharmacy. They are always fast and friendly. They still bring your medication out to you, if needed. But, I noticed that Walmart took down the clear window barriers to protect the pharmacy workers from COVID or any other air borne disease. Just getting over covid myself, I wear a N95 everywhere. No exceptions. I'm still dealing with residual symptoms and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I hope the staff decides to wear N95 now, but I haven't seen that yet."
