"My Day of Show experience changed. I was most nervous when the voicemail stated 48 hour SLA for returning calls, but they called back in 20 minutes and were most helpful."
"I was impressed with the performance of Hamilton this year but I believe if there's too many understudies subbing in for a performance I need to be compensated for it because I believe it leads to a worse experience in the audience."
"We went to watch To Kill a Mockingbird and what a wonderful performance. I'm sorry to say it was destroyed by an Usher who moved us from our higher paying seats into obstructed view ones due to multiple issues on their end. I tried to contact them to get the issue resolved and they have been asking me the same questions nonstop and not providing any resolution to this uncomfortable situation. I'm sorry to say we will not be going here again as you do not respect your customers enough to resolve issues that came from your end."
"Compared to NYC, this is the best and affordable place to see shows. Broadway tickets can cost 300 bucks while here its at most 150. They give options for digital lotteries for folks to win and give back to the community. Also it's hilarious that the one star reviews are crying over a piece of cloth. They tell you before you buy the tickets and it's really a pitty to give a one star review over it. Note that they no longer require the mask policy because cases have gone down and they follow NYC mask polices. No one wants a crying baby in the theatre including full grown adults."
"All the shows ve seen this season are really good. Casts are excellent."
