"Clean ,quiet, comfortable bed, picnic and grill area. For the price you can't beat it."

"I gave 4 stars on the rooms ONLY because they are small. But other than that they were very clean. They looked and smelled clean. The lady made sure I had the things I needed while I was here. I didn’t have to want for anything. There is a shelter house with plenty of grills and outdoor sink for you to use. The shelter also has electric and lights. They have a fire pit as well. All for you to use while here. The air/heat is a little tricky at first if you ain’t use to using a remote to control every setting. But it works great. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room. Along with a nice sized TV with wifi and dish network. There’s a desk and dresser and night stand. A place to hang clothes if needed. There wasn’t a tub in the room I stayed in. I can’t say all the rooms had no tubs and just shower stalls. But mine only had a shower stall. There’s also a shelf in the bathroom to hang stuff on or sit stuff on."

"Great place to stay while working a construction job in town. There is a nice pavilion. Gas and charcoal grills available. The owners bring fresh eggs and firewood. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Low weekly rates!"

"First, the positives: easy to find, very friendly woman who was filling in for the owner checked me in, and her kiddo was excited to show a stranger a bike trick, so that was cute. :) I wasn't expecting much, as this is a roadside motel, but I did expect a bar of soap in the bathroom. I used the shampoo/conditioner to wash my hands. The room seemed clean enough, but as soon as I pulled back the bedding, the sheets looked like they had not been changed, which really grossed me out. There were hairs on the sheets and not just ones that might have fallen out of someone's head while they made the bed. I basically slept with as little of me touching the sheets as possible, all cocooned in my sweatshirt. The bed was really hard and my back hurt the next day, but I did sleep awkwardly, trying to keep myself off the sheets, so that could have been why. I would have told someone at the motel about the sheets, but it was 1 AM by the time I discovered this and I just needed sleep. I really didn't want to leave a bad review because I know this is a small business and they are trying to improve, but I felt like this needed to be said, so please take the criticism constructively! A suggestion: adding irons/ironing boards to the rooms would be a nice touch. I didn't think to bring one and was going to a wedding, so I was a bit wrinkly."
