"Iv been staying at the budget inn Washington off and on since July of 2023 And for the price it's worth the money. Rooms are updated, clean and the staff hv always been accommodating. No mater time of day or night. Iv not seen any bugs. Which is my biggest turn off. Microwave and fridge are nice and good cable TV lineup"

"Stayed here when I was working nearby for a couple weeks. When it comes to quality for price, this place in unmatched in every way. Man at the front desk is very chill, easy to talk to, and gets you into a clean room for cheap. When I'm back for my next assignment, this is the only place I'd consider!"

"Very friendly staff. Extremely focused on immaculate cleanliness to an almost holy degree. Sprays for bugs every 3 weeks. Been here 6 months and have had no problems. UPDATE: Under new management. In the one month that the new manager has been here he had gone above and beyond to improve the quality of this facility 100%. This facility was fine too begin with, but having a motel managed by someone so dedicated and knowledgeable on maintenance will make this motel a definite place to visit at such an affordable price"

"The place wasn't near as clean as I would have preferred. The walls and bedskirt had scuff marks and need a good cleaning and maybe a fresh coat of paint. The fridge could also use a good cleaning, but the inside of it wasn't so bad and usable. The microwave was clean and had no issues, but then the desk chair's arm was missing a bolt or something and fell off. The TV Remote was also missing a button. The shower was clean and had good water pressure, but there were a few small dead flies on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. There were also two lights in the room that were out. The bed was pretty comfortable and the sheets were clean, but we brought our own pillows so I can't assess those. Overall, I generally just didn't want to touch anything because even though the issues we had weren't huge nuisances, there were so many that I felt like it's overdue for a much needed deep cleaning. It didn't have a bad odor or anything and the price was hard to beat. Also the management was super friendly and I'm sure if I would have brought some of the issues up they probably would have taken care of them, but these are things that I feel shouldn't have to be addressed by the guest as most were pretty obvious. Again though, for the price and friendliness of the staff it was tolerable for the weekend; they may want to touch up some areas of issue for future guests and repeat business."
