"My daughter (12) and I both needed bloodwork and I thought we would give this place a try, even though I couldn't find any reviews. I had read the reviews of the other two popular places off Co. Line Rd. And they were not that great and my daughter has high anxiety about having her blood drawn. When we entered I said hello with a smile and the lady at the desk didn't even greet us, she just looked annoyed we were there. I gave her the paperwork and she said it's going to be a bit so sit down (we were only ones there). I have no problem with waiting and expected to have to wait, but it was in a rude tone. She was was not helpful in helping my daughter relax at all or saying comforting words to her knowing she's a child and scared of having her blood drawn. She got the job done, but definitely don't recommend this place for children with anxiety when getting blood drawn."
