"Will not bring our dog back here any longer. We've used them before and had good experiences. Recently took our dog for a vacation and brought a mat for her to lie on and they lost it. When picking our dog up they couldn't find it or our leash and would not reimburse any of the charges after I contacted them to see if it had turned up. When speaking with Mary about this, she said it was their "policy" to not bring toys or blankets and we should find somewhere else to keep our dog. This was not stated to me ever. They are not organized enough to handle the amount of dogs they take in. Their kennels are questionable after I was able to view them from the inside with her looking for our belongings. I don't think they harm the pets. But, do we really know what happens when we leave? After recommending them for a long time, it's unfortunate to no longer be able to do so, all over something small they could easily have fixed."
"Buck Creek Farm is a little piece of heaven. The owners are the nicest people. I was actually there for an event to raise money for a local dog rescue so I can not speak to the B&B portion. It truly seems like a place to relax while still be close to the city."
"Super cute cabin w plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids we had in our group. The host family was very pleasant. Breakfast was always tasty. Our kids were able to collect eggs that were used in our breakfast. Just a really fantastic experience close to everything we wanted to do for the week."
"I took my best friend and her husband here for their anniversary. First time for all 4 of us at a bnb. We were very skeptical but it was amazing. Beyond friendly folks. If your a fan of natural soap like I am you will love the goats milk soap they provide for you. I'm also a fan of old country homes as this one and it was so comfy and cozy. I'm a chef and enjoyed breakfast so much I tried to eat my self sick. Then to finish off our stay there after breakfast we got a tour of the farm and got to pet the animals. I can't wait for their produce to start rolling in. Thanks so much again for the great experience!!!!"
"We had a delightful time at the Buck Creek Farm B&B. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My favorite part was visiting the barn as Mary fed their family of farm animals. We plan to visit Kyle and Mary again and will take our dog with us!"
