"What a joke. Ok, if you want professional service for your business accounts, don't attempt to do business with these people. We attempted to open business accounts with an incredibly clueless person earlier this afternoon. Local company, local bank right? What is hilarious is they told us that the Articles of Incorporation accepted by MS were unacceptable to them. Brain dead. So the bank requires something beyond what the State of MS requires? Not. What's hilarious is that this clueless individual called an UNDERWRITER to confirm details required to open a Corporate Checking Account lolololololololol!!! OMG that was the point where I just gave the signal that we were walking. Bank of America had us open in 20 minutes while we waited for 2 hours to actually meet with someone with Community. We'll be continuing with Century Bank for local payroll, etc. And BofA for regional banking. These guys... well like with anything Lucedale, you're rolling the dice with respect to whether the person you are dealing with actually has a clue regarding how the rest of the real world works. This person apparently is caught in her own ridiculous "rule book" that they invent as they go. I have NEVER had a bank tell me that a document accepted by the State was not "enough" for them lol! What a bunch of clowns."
