Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis East

"Definitely ask to see the room before checking in. Area not very nice. Was suppose to stay 3 nights checked out after first night only stayed that night due to getting there at midnight."

"Boy, it’s like taking a step back in time here. I’m thinking these Delta Hotels are being phased out because it’s a bit on the rough side. Maybe it’s fine and our tastes aren’t the same. Never been to a hotel with a Marriott on one side and a Red Roof Inn on the other. ****UPDATE**** this is the only Marriott property not award me extra bonus points, which as a titanium member, I appreciate. Plus it’s 2 days later and no invoice?"

"This hotel took a copy of my husbands credit card as their machine was down at check in . Their door key machine was down also He asked them to make sure they shredded it , well what do you know , his card was used by someone. Thankfully our bank flagged it and sent it to the fraud department. We did notify Marriott and this hotel They said they were looking into it . Never heard anything back , not apology , no refund and no offer of any points . Been Marriott members for years and this left a very bad taste for Marriott"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and decorated nicely. Located close to plenty of restaurants. Plenty of parking. Great hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are nice enough, standard room, pleasant and clean. Service was very mixed. Two people were very friendly, however on our last day Patrice very was rude. My family was given a breakfast voucher, however she stated "not everyone gets a free breakfast" She seemed smug and proud to deny myself and my children breakfast. **Parking** The shared parking lot is awful. Multiple exits were blocked all traffic funneled through one spot. We will not be back."
