"One of the young ladies from this loan company recently called my home.. looking for a family member of mine..and she pronounced the name wrong .when I corrected her..she got an attitude , rude and tried to be nice and nasty.....maybe someone hasn't told them that Customer service is EVERYTHING..and so is humility..maybe she doesn't mind someone miss pronouncing her name, or maybe she likes to sound ignorant..but I would like when you're representing a company you would want to show respect and humility..
