"Had to clean the room myself to feel comfortable staying here. Don't think the fridge or microwave had been cleaned in over a year. Had to ask for TP cuz none was provided. The shower looks sketchy. Gonna buy some flip flops before I try it"

"This place is bare minimum of expectations for a hotel bring your own toilet paper I think biggest part of people staying actually live there. The plus side it's cheap cheap. I've stayed at worse places that actually charged more. 35$ a night here if your on a budget go ahead and give it a try. If you can afford 75$ the super 8 is way better."

"This motel is not for the faint of heart. At first glance it looks scary and you want to turn around and run. But then you hear it’s only $40 (including tax; $1 more if you use a credit card) and you think “how bad can it be?” My advice: Ask to see the room before you pay. If you don't like it, there are a couple of much nicer franchise motels a few blocks away with only slightly higher prices. PROS: The office lady was very friendly and helpful The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable The plumbing worked and the shower had plenty of hot water The air conditioner, TV, microwave and fridge worked The door and windows locked securely I performed a thorough bug inspection and was surprised not to find any in the room CONS: The carpet was very dirty. There were stains and wet spots throughout the floor, and the floor was soft under these spots, as if it was rotting due to being wet for a long time. Old clothing was stuffed around the air conditioner to fill the holes around it Smoke alarms were missing, leaving holes in the ceiling exposing the attic above. The bathroom vent fan was also missing, leaving a hole in the ceiling. The shower had a dirty rubber mat with mildew underneath, as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time It appeared that most of the rooms were occupied by long-term renters, with their personal belongings, debris and trash left outside the rooms. There was a very foul odor outside my room."

"Roach infested in some rooms. Staff is nice but lazy and don't do anything even if asked. Second night there we asked for two towels and toilet paper and nobody came had to ask about 3 times and still didn't get the towels. Is cheap. But you get what you pay for."
