The CFO, Mr. Lowe is just incredible, he actually spent days working out a situation we had to the extent that we could not be happier. He's hands on and accessible. So often people of positions tend to pass the buck or shuffle you to a teller, that's definitely not who he is, we are happy with our decision to stay during the transition period of change and find ourselves completely satisfied with the way the credit union is progressing."
