"I went into your Alabaster, AL location this morning to cash a personal check. The check came back declined because the account could not be located. I understand because USAA is not located in Alabama. There is no brick and mortar building here. The employee then goes on to tell me that easy money may be able to help me because you all use different systems. However, when I get there, one of the Easy Money employees told me that your employee called them and told them not to do business with me because I had just left her location. I am irate because she made me look like a complete idiot and a complete fool and like I was trying to commit criminal activity. This is so unethical it’s unreal. And it was also embarrassing. I have no idea why she would refer me to another location and turn around and do something like that. Do you allow your employees to call other businesses and tell them to refuse service to someone? Especially when she doesn’t know anything about me. I have never been a criminal and I won’t tolerate being treated like one. This doesn’t even deserve one star"
