My taxes was sent back and no one from the office informed me of that I didn't find out for a week and a half when I went in to check .. Martha Drake told me step-by-step how to get the information that was missing .. I followed her instructions got the information so she filed my taxes again they were sent back again the information was wrong .. I asked for my money back and was told they did their job but my taxes still aren't filed .. worst tax place in Cullman"
