I’m very particular about who I trust with my dogs and over the last two years that I’ve used Jessie and Tasia (Comfort Grooming) they have exceeded my expectations and needs with my wild crew. They work one on one with the pets, they are professional, thorough, and expedited. I’ve used other groomers in the past and it was the norm to drop off your pet before 9am and pick up by 5pm. I’ve worked in vet clinics myself and assisted in grooming rooms where dogs were rotated through a day-long process of bath regimens and waiting their turn in kennels. This is not the case with Comfort Grooming. Walk yourself across the street and have a nice coffee and cake, and you’ll likely get a notification that your pet is ready by the time you’re done enjoying your snack. I’ve always been impressed with their services and quality of care. It’s out of the way for me and my routine, and she stays booked but it’s absolutely worth the drive and the wait for the appointment. You won’t wait long for pickup though and your pets will be returned to you looking and smelling like a million bucks! If the ladies here advise that you need to have your animal sedated for services, it’s for the safety and comfort of your pet. There’s no monetary gain for them in you doing so, and you can prevent a lot of unnecessary stress to your pet or even a bite risk to those who service your animal. Open communication goes a long way. I grilled Jessie for days via Facebook messenger before I felt comfortable enough to make an appointment. Again, I’m over protective. But she hung in there and answered every question and communicated clearly, making sure I felt at ease and that she understood my specific requests. You’ll be hard pressed to find that kind of care elsewhere."
