"Today was my first in person meeting since Covid happened. I am new to the area and not a big AA person myself. Although I just went though the training to be an addiction peer support specialist. So I went outside of my comfort zone and did something different with a lady I met in class and it was quite lovely. I went to the women’s meeting and they were very welcoming and even gave me my 6 year coin on the first day they met me. I hope to go again in the future if my schedule will allow it! Thank you to the ladies who were there today!"
