"Did our taxes in april of this year got a girl I never used before..was not familiar with military taxes I am assuming...they messed up our taxes so bad we ended up pcsing to Nebraska while trying to get them redone....this month November we finally got our taxes fixed here in nebraska by hr block but I am also still waiting on them to call me back I would call them and they would never call me back... btw if your military but do not share your residency with your husband you do not have to pay taxes to his state of residency I ended up paying for Illinois and I'm a miss resident.....btw I want my money back from all the fees you charged"

"I have been a customer for the last 6 years. I went to the h&r block on North Hill Street at around 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. on April the 16th. The lady who greeted me was very nice however the tax pro was very disrespectful and rude she was texting and laughing at her phone the entire time she was supposed to be helping me and when I was looking something up that she asked me for I guess I didn't do it fast enough so she started doing someone else's taxs in front of me I saw someone else's personal information including their SSN,DOB, credit card information and their name and when I pointed it out she said she didn't care I could see it so H&R block has lost a loyal customer today"
