"I dropped off my taxes on March 17, 2020. About 2 weeks later I called and talked to their secretary and she told me that she would call Christopher Cook an have him call me to let me know what my status was concerning my taxes. No return call. I called back about a week later to still find out about my status an left a message with my phone number. Still no return call. I also called Chris personally left my phone number, still no return call back. Finally the week of April 20th, after a few days of giving him more info, they quoted me a price of $400.00! My taxes are simple, not any deductions at all! So, they spent 8 to 9 hours on my taxes to charge me that? No way! No I will not Ever, never, Ever refer them to anyone! They are price gouging a cancer patient! Worse tax preparer ever!"
