"I paid for 2 general admission tickets to the NYE Party at Alahambra. Me and my wife take a Lyft from Aurora to the venue only to find out the party has been cancelled. There was over 50 other people also standing outside confused as to what was going on. I am still waiting my refund for the tickets I purchased. I will also be filing a law suit to get reimbursed for the Lyft ride. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY OF THIER EVENTS!!!"

"I will never attend another event this company host. 1) they sold 1000 tickets (Chris Brown after party December 30th 2016) for an venture that only holds 700 people (Alhambra Place in Chicago, IL) this is what the manager told me. 2) Tried to reach customer service and no answer and a full mail box. 3) Stood outside for over an HOUR IN THE COLD. As well paid for 2 VIP tickets which costed me will over $200. That might seem like a lot, but I'm putting myself through graduate school. 4) DO NOT pay your money for any event they are promoting, they will rip you off. 5) What they did was unprofessional, unethical, and unfair that I'm out of $258."
