"I was charged so much money for a martini with bottom shelf vodka. I was charged $15 it was a surcharge on my receipt for $2 besides the price. The Elbow Room on 25th and Adam’s offers $10 for 4 martini on Mondays. This was a rip off and this is why I don’t come here but my friend wanted to come."
