"I have got my prescriptions for only 3 months and they keep messing up. 1st, they didn't fill after leaving the hospital saying they didn'tget it, understandable (gave them 5 hours to fill), 2ed time- they only gave me 2 weeks worth, 3rd time- they gave the other 2 week and put in computer saying it was a full months, and now after getting it on 8-25, they are saying my 30 day script gets filled on 9-29... there is 31 days in August making refill day on the 24th.. all of my prescriptions have different dates to fill even though they all started the same day. Side affects of abruptly stopping taking gabapentin is seizures, just sayin. I'd rather not die yet. Going to CVS, never had issues with them!! Highly recommend this to all."
"Absolutely awful! Completely rude and incompetent! Could care less about your medical needs!"
"I never fill these out, but as and RN and as a patient experience I felt like I had to. I would rate this pharmacy a 0 if that were possible. Aside from always being disorganized and long wait times every visit, my most recent visit was the icing on the cake. I have been taking a medication for just under a year. It was not time for my yearly visit; however, my doctor had relocated. My medication is usually just refilled. Mind you, this is a medication that doesn’t need to be stopped abruptly because that causes risk to a patient. I told the pharmacy which physician I plan to begin following up with (the same one My kids have begun to see) and an uneducated pharmacy tech told me “they have no record of you” on a medication I have been refilling and reviewing from this pharmacy for ten months. Essentially, she wasn’t going to do anything to help me. I called the physician and they couldn’t get me in abruptly. So I’m without this medication for longer than I should be. I’m furious. I am a registered nurse so I tried to explain that this isn’t a medication that should be stopped abruptly, however this pharmacy tech refused to listen and seemed to even enjoy the fact she wasn’t going to do anything to help me on the phone. I personally don’t see how she or any pharmacy tech is able to even make this decision without input from a pharmacist or a physician. I will be following up with a new doctor and I WILL NOT be returning to a pharmacy where the employees act like this and treat patients in the manner I was. I will also be recommending to every one I know to start clear of a pharmacy where the techs believe they are so far inferior over patients that they get to decide who gets their medicine and who doesn’t! I think some basic education is necessary because they’re lucky this was done to me and not a patient who can’t handle the withdrawal effects of their actions. This would have been enough to cause significant issues in some patients lives! I’m furious on behalf of myself, but also because who knows how many other patients have been treated in this manner. Absolutely unacceptable. This is why hometown pharmacies are so important, because you will find employees who genuinely care. To Wal Mart pharmacy employees, just remember you are dealing with real patients and real life’s, not just a number!"
"I received exceptional service from an employee named Marie this Afternoon. She was very kind and happy, even though she had to enter new insurance info for my daughter, look for a script for my son, and myself. She remained pleasant and professional. Way to go, Marie!"
"This morning my daughter woke up crying with a toothache and the trip to quik care cost me pretty much all the cash I had on me but the nice lady at the Sullivan pharmacy helped me save over $20 with my meds whn I informed her that I didn't have any insurance...she took the time to help me. Thank you to the lady wth brown shoulder length hairYour ra life saver!..actually she saved me more like 30 but if u can see this thank you!"
