"Came for birthday celebration- tried to reserve for table/bottle service but never got an email back about "all the juicy details like pricing information and extra surprises for your special day". Mostly all areas were reserved only, too much fog, and super hot. I get that it's winter but that heat had everyone sweating sitting down."

"Had a great time with my friends. Good music, bathrooms were decently clean and roomy enough to dance. The drinks were good but a bit too expensive for the location $15 each for a mixed drink. When we got there the lady charging for the covers was so RUDE for no reason. We got there at like 930 and told half of my friends we had to pay to get in because we had to text for the free entry before 9pm. Mind you nowhere on the flyer/IG page does it say that. When we asked her where it says that she said I'm saying that. The friends that did have the text before 9pm when they showed her she janked the phone because she apparently had to make sure it's not a screenshot. We ended up paying but the attitude because of the false advertisement on their end was not needed. Apart from that when we got upstairs NO ONE WAS THERE. They had alot of seats but you couldn't sit down even though again no one was there and they were only for people buying bottles. We made the best of the night. But safe to say I'm not going back. From looks of reviews, they've charged girls, although they promote ladies are free from 9-11pm with text. They need to either let it be know the text has to be sent before 9pm to get free entry or fire the rude lady at the door who might be pocketing the money. Who knows."

"The menu my drink cost $13 but I was given $5 dollars back. This isn't the first time they gave me the wrong change. It's a nice atmosphere and good music but make sure you count your money."

"Went there on a slow Saturday night. Their Instagram page says ladies free before 11pm. We showed up,the lady (wearing a poncho and a black mask)that collects the fees tell us its 20 each person. We showed her the text and she said we were supposed to text that number before 9pm to get in for free. I informed her that their social media page does not say we have to text them at a certain time. She then asked us to pull out Instagram and show her. So I did show her and she let us in free. Going back and forth with her was annoying! We go upstairs and asked one of the servers if we can sit in one area. She said yes, that area is not reserved. Their floor and tables were sticky, seemed like no one wiped and mopped from the night before. We open 2 tabs , our group had different drinks. An hour later another server tells us we have to buy a bottle to sit there, i told her what her coworker said, that we can stay here and it's not reserved. She called security on us. Security (i think Adrian?)asked us to move to another sitting area because someone just reserved the spot we were in. So we moved. An hour later passes and no one is sitting there, no one reserved that area, they just wanted us to buy bottles. Later I see the same security and he apologized and said he noticed no one came to that "reserved" area so he moved us for nothing. It was not a good night for us. Security was nice and the music can be switched up some more. This is a pic of the women's restroom, and a small clip of that night. I would definitely go to another place for a good time."
