"I have always had great service at the Kankakee Walmart pharmacy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting time is less than any other pharmacy."

"I showed up at 9am for a covid booster and the staff was very rude and informed me that I had to wait until 10am. I did ask a couple times if I could possibly get the shot before 10am, but I wasnt very pushy The staff was very defensive and rude. This is not posted anywhere and i can even schedule the appointment at 9am on thier website. Just very rude overall. Maybe I came off wrong by asking, but either way they do not need to treat customers that way."

"Worst pharmacy ever! Every month when my daughters prescription is set to be filled she ends up having to go almost a week without meds because they say the supplier doesn't have in stock or it's on back order. It never fails always a problem each month. I was finally able to get it switched to another pharmacy. It's a good thing the meds my daughter is on isn't a med that she needs to keep her alive. This place is awful and they just give you a run around!!!"

"Terrible customer service! Each time I use the drive through service I ALWAYS wait at least 10 minutes at the window for an answer after pressing the call button. I usually spend 20 min from start to finish with no one else in line. I am never satisfied with the service here. Unfortunately, my insurance no longer allow me to use CVS otherwise that's exactly where my business would be."

"I've been to this pharmacy every month for the last year and it is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. We call up our refill before we come and it takes us 25 minutes to drive there and when I get there they tell me 20 minutes for a fill and then I come back in 30 and it still isn't done and I do this 2-3 times each trip I take-after I already call ahead to avoid waiting (with my 3 kids). The employees were busy gossiping to each other. One girl is often on her phone and I rarely see her do anything work related when I'm there. several of them walked off mid conversation, I told the lady checking me out that I had a question for her (not the pharmacist) and she said ok and then walked off and started talking to another lady. the pharmacist mumbles while he is talking very fast so I understand almost nothing he says. They told me they are short handed and that's why they're behind but I seen 6-7 people and 3 of them were standing around talking to each other while there was people in line waiting. Using a pharmacy in Walmart was suppose to make it easier to get a prescription filled while grocery shopping but this pharmacy is just ridiculous."
