"I was there today to pick up medicine for a family member who was sick with a fever. I came to the drop of the center for the pharmacy to drop off his prescription. it took 3 to 5 minutes for me to be seen for his drop of. She asks me are you gone to wait. I said yes keep in mind my house is fighting a virus and I have a fever myself with mucus coming out of me with every cough. I even ask the tech about my asthma medicine. we had a conversation on how I was feeling. she said it will take 30 mins to fill. the prescription was for only 10 pills. 10 pills! I left the drop off center and walked around the whole store took pictures of stuff I wanted to get my kids for Christmas. the whole time I was on the phone to keep track of time. I walked back to the pharmacy after 31 minutes. The man told me it would be an additional ten minutes. I said ok check my stuff out so I don't have to wait I could just leave. He checked out the orange juice and cold medicine. I took the medicine before he gave back my change because I was just spitting mucus up the whole time I was there. so he can tell I was sick and not well. I sat down and waited. I call a family member to keep track of time because at that point I felt like passing out. 10 minutes go pass and no one calls my name. The workers there I hear them having a personal conversation about thanksgiving and about who said what. I saw how the man called the name smith to the counter who was waiting just like me but he did call me the name he just said who next like he didn't tell me to wait 10 minutes. after signing for his medicine instead of giving me the ibuprofen 600mg I had to see the pharmacist. I said why he said it only takes another minute. so I had to wait until she finished her conversation. the reason why I do not like this pharmacy is that i feel if you want to have a personal conversation at work find a different job. in the medical filed your job is to fill orders not have a personal conversation and hold back your team because all calls come through you like your the only one to clear the orders. this is not the first time it has happened . the male pharmacist gets the order to verify the odors and then fill them promptly. today's event took them 45 to 55 minutes to fill 10 pills of ibuprofen. the male pharmacist would have had it ready in 30 minutes. The staff beside the pharmacist female does their job accurately and fast it just depends on the leader."

"I give this Five star review because of a dedicated phaemacist named Betty at the Walmart Lansing location. Despite the negligence and apathy of one if the pharmacy technicians, Betty took charge, assured me that she would personally call my pulmonologist, and followed through, resolving my issue. Kudos to your corporation for such a professional, employee, who demonstrated sincere interest in the consumer ."
