"Best pawn I've ever done business with, I had family emergency and had to leave state, I contacted the pawn shop and let them know that I wouldn't be able to pay for pawned items until my return, he showed consideration and empathy to my situation and told me not to worry that my items will be there waiting on me up on my return. Thank you for everything JB your the best"
"The owner was very kind & helpful. I’ve been in a lot of pawn/gun shops where the men are disrespectful, harsh, gruff, unhelpful & unfriendly to women. NOT these guys! They helped me with questions & offered to assist me in the future. The only reason I gave 4 stars was after reviewing my purchase online, I may have overpaid a little but it’s ok. He still offered me a fair deal & was very kind. If your a lady on your own out shopping for a personal protection piece, they will assist you with respect & friendliness!"
"Information about the owner of this pawn shop. The owner/operator came out to the parking lot while I was talking with a person on January 04, 2020. Due to his paranoia, he assumed I was trying to take business away from him and the store. This was not the case. Both myself and the other person found him to be rude and most of all aggressive in his approach. I extended my hand for a friendly handshake but he would not shake hands. Instead, with an aggressive tone and body language his actions, and words indicated he was going to do harm to me. This is not acceptable behavior. The only thing that I can conclude is that he is paranoid and projects his own dishonesty. I highly recommend that potential customers be aware of his unacceptable behavior and find another pawnshop for business. by Dr. Dale Hubbard"
"I was looking to purchase a specific guitar someone took to this place. It was my child’s fathers guitar. He passed away and she and her grandfather want to purchase it back. When told the guitar was taken here, I called to see if they had it. This place has two locations so I’m told by the person whom answered. They had several guitars and I would need to know more details about the guitar. So I found a better description by researching on her dads Facebook account. Called them back told him 2 guitars were actually taken to him and I found the description of one but not the other. I told him the description was black on the back light wood grain on front with the numbers 6274 imprinted inside. He, without a pause, stated we don’t have that one here. I said how many guitars do you have. He says 30. I asked well how do you know you don’t have this one. He says because you told me it was all black and we only have one of those. I reminded him there are two, one all black and one black on back with wood grain on front and numbers imprinted on the inside. I asked if he could check again and he hangs up on me! Wow! What in he world!? So I called back, thinking maybe it was an accident. As I haven’t raised my voice or anything and he didn’t answer three times. Called the other location and asked for the owner of both. Man stated he was the owner.... I told him the situation and informed him I am wanting to PURCHASE said guitar but did not want to make the 2hr drive unless there was a chance they had it. He says well let me check my other database to see if we may be able to find the name of the person you said brought it in. I said the other guy hung up on me. Is there anything you do about that? I understand there are guitars that are similar in color but to not even look to see the imprinted numbers? I asked if it was common practice for the to hang up on their potential customers and then ignore calls thereafter. He says no but the guy you spoke to owns 50 guitars of his own and he knows guitars. I state but he didn’t even look. Guy says we don’t have your guitar ma’am and hangs up!! Well sir you didn’t even look in your “second database”. So now I’m stuck with two ignorant people that hang up on people that didn’t even raise their voice at them. You work at a pawn shop selling things for god sake your job is not difficult. I’m sure business isn’t running you around were you can’t take 10 min to talk to someone about a potential purchase! Not one of them looked except in the computer for an individuals name. Hell they may have got a friend to sale it to them for all I know. Look at the item was all I asked! In this situation someone like myself would have been willing to purchase for over asking price given the circumstances of the loss in our family and the value this item holds in our hearts! What jerks!"
