"After a bad Marriott stay in NYC, I had decided not to use Marriott hotels anymore, but because we were going to the auto show at McCormick place, we decided to give them another chance, due to the fact it's connected to the building. I am so glad we stayed there. It was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! All of the staff was amazing and extremely helpful! The rooms were spacious and clean, have comfortable beds, and great showers. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very good, and so was the breakfast buffet on the weekend(which I normally don't eat). The cafe staff were also super nice and accommodating. I don't have even one tiny complaint. I wish every hotel stay was this wonderful. My son said he always wants to stay there when we go to Chicago now. He said he would live there if he could, lol. And we have stayed in extremely nice hotels and suites all over. We all agree this really was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! Will stay again, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you to the staff there!"

"This place has no amenities for a decent hotel. There's no fridge, microwave, or tub on the room. There's not even an ice machine that you can use. This is the first hotel I ever stayed at that didn't have that. If you drive a big vehicle like a bus, there is no parking anywhere nearby. The closest place is a truck marshalling lot about 3 miles away."

"Amazing experience booking the City View (Corner) Classic Suite, it was worth the cost in my opinion. Luxurious, clean, Best Skyline View - like WOW! Quality of room service food was 2/10 at best. I attended a Karol G concert at Soldier Field and it was within walking distance to the field. Overall would stay here primarily considering the room and experience."
