"they don't really do a good job with communicating and they don't tell you when to come back, they disappear on you after they did a checkup on you they mix up paperwork. they just need more professionals there who know how to do a better job with their patients and care better about their patients and have better medicine that completly works not medicine that causes repeated treatment (like for uti) keep havin to go back ovr again having problems. they just need new strategies, new improved treatment."

Not only do they offer Family Medicine, they also offer an Internist, OB-GYN, Physical & Occupational Therapy, X-Ray's and Lab Work. They are easily accessed via I94/80W Grant Street exit in Gary. A true hidden gem for the Gary community!"

"The staff was rude and used curse words, very unprofessional and Uneducated. Since I didn't have insurance they referred me to a Dollar Tree to get a Blank Notebook that I already have. Then doubted my medical knowledge when I have been in the medical field for 15 days. I just got fired and lost my private insurance. This place is a joke."

"This has gotta be the worst hospital stay recorded..my room had no heat for two days.....the toilet backed up....the T.V. went out...the young nurses were aloof & uncaring no empathy . i actually got sicker .I wouldn't refer my ailing dog to this place. What happened to professionalism? No communication between staff This place sucks. !"
