"Room is filthy. Someone's hair is all over the bathroom floor, hair hanging from the towels in the towel rack. If the lady at the desk spent time cleaning instead of streaming videos on her phone at the front desk maybe it would help. There is a sign in the bathroom not to flush your toilet paper and to place it in the disposable bags. Not very sanitary at all. The price was $20 more per night than advertised on the web. Place is a total ripoff. First time I stayed here and last time I will ever stay here. I would guess if the health department came to check it out it would be shut down."

"This is my first trip as an adult, I put a lot of planning into it and was a little nervous to book here when I saw the reviews. But once I actually checked in and met the staff/ saw our room. I knew I made a good decision. Before you take any of the low star ratings into consideration please understand that this is a motel in a small countryish town. "I needed a room for a couple weeks for a project in Rockville. I landed here and after I read the reviews I was a bit nervous but for 2 weeks the price was right. I can address the water issue, is the hot pressure a bit low? Yes but the soft water from a huge water softener running over you is well worth the lower pressure but it's not really that low to complain. Another complaint was the walls are thin. Yeah, if you have everything off and complete silence and someone is next door, yes, you can hear muffled voices just like any other motel. This place is cute, clean and convenient. Beds are comfortable and the owner is diligent on everything. I truly enjoyed my short period here. Is it perfect, no, by no means but it's charming."

"It's very middle of the road overall. Rooms were clean put plumbing seems to be an issue since they have a sign up to not flush toilet paper. Walls were very thin so you can hear people talk and snore through the walls very easily"

"Check in was easy and they replaced dirty towels daily. Heating/ cooling worked well in sleeping area but bathroom always frigid. Beds and pillows very comfortable but no tissues or hairdryer. Worst of all was the incredibly tiny (I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs) and dark shower and the fact there was NO hot water. Would not recommend this place."
