"There is no Baymont hotel. Yes google show but brive there and you will find clarion in ruins I meant construction . no sign of Baymont sad . all dusty sad. I had to call to find out is clarion . yes all confusing No signs no full build there should be not open not open not open"

"The place is currently under renovation. The lady at the front desk was amazing!! They gave a bag of snacks since they weren't serving breakfast. Overnight, it got a little noisy and busy. They seemed to have the back door propped open. That was a safety concern for me. At checkout time, the cleaning staff rushed us out of the room. Close to restaurants."

"The company puts us up here when we're in Chicago. This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been coming here for almost a year, and the pool and the fitness center are always "under renovation". Yes, for the whole year. The first time I came there was supposed to be breakfast, and the front desk clerk told me the cook didn't come in so there was no breakfast and offered me something from the "pantry", but didn't tell me he was still going to try and charge me for it. Now, the breakfast area is also under renovation. None of the ice machines have ever worked when I've asked. The rooms appear clean until you actually look closely. The last time I came, there wasn't even electricity. In the ENTIRE hotel. I'm sure they still charged the company full price. The hotel, being the worst I've stayed in, actually isn't just the problem, but service is awful. Any time I ask questions, they basically act like they don't speak english. This time, some people were having a party or something down the hall. I can hear them hollering and i can hear their music as I write this at 130 in the morning. I called the front desk and asked them to do something about the noise, and she called back ten minutes later to say "I checked the cameras twice, and there's nobody in the hallway." That isn't what I asked her to do at all. It's terrible, but it was the Clarion before, and I do have a high opinion of Wyndham hotels. Hopefully they can get this place in order and when they do, I'll be happy to change this review."

"Hotel was under construction. Pool and fitness center were closed. Had to change rooms upon arrival due to stains on quilt. When we told the clerk about the stains he acted as if he were in disbelief and had to go see for himself. Instead of changing the linens he said he couldn’t and offered to give us another room. The shower curtain rod in new room was falling down, barely holding the curtain. The room had ants. The iron didn’t work. Most of the outlets didn’t work. They did have basic cable tv. Wouldn’t recommend under these conditions"
