"Simulator to the other customers. Jennifer called the police fore no reason and Had me removed from the hotel due to my 17 year old daughter being in the hotel room while I made a run while I was gone she repeatedly harassed my daughter as I arrived back to the hotel an asked her why was she doing that she didn’t answer me an ignored me an went to the back so I began recording I ask why she put her head down and never gave no reason The clerk Jennifer at the front desk should not be working there ! Also I have been reading a lot of bad reviews about her Hampton by Hilton should definitely take this matter of numerous complaints about Jennifer more serious and do something about it ! This is out of control any your company is loosing money due to a incompetent employee"

"This would have been a better review but my stay was not pleasant at all. I was even going to omit the fact that my room had flies in it. I had the same experience that a previous reviewer had about getting in at night after a funeral. Night desk person was not nice and seem to have been annoyed with anyone who asked her something. Better training and customer service needs to be provided at this location. I’m a Diamond member and have never felt like this at any other Hilton associated property."

"Stopped in for a single night on a business trip, and this hotel fit the need perfectly. Easy parking, check in, and polite staff. Room was clean & everything functioned properly. Hotel has been updated with modern styling & brighter colors. Met all expectations of a Hampton & Would definitely stay here again."
