Hugs And Love Daycare

"Ms.Linda has a woman working there that hits the children. I later found out by a friend whose children went there as well and had the same incident that it’s ms.Linda’s sister whose hitting the kids. My son cried every morning we arrived to the daycare but for weeks would not tell me why until one day he said they hit him. I came to ms. Linda respectfully to let her know what my son had told me and in that moment I let her know I was not accusing anyone of anything but I would like to know what was going on. She immediately got defensive and upset and said my son was lying. My son was standing in front of her door crying so I bent down to hug him. Linda yelled and said verbatim to my son “if you don’t want to be here there are other kids waiting to replace you!” And slammed her door in our face. My son never stepped foot back inside of her home. I was already contemplating changing providers because she only has the kids sitting around watching church services and the news all day. I’ve never seen any curriculum. I’ve never seen them teaching the kids anything. They’re always on the floor watching tv when I arrive but that incident was it for me. I would never recommend anyone place their children in that facility because seeing her aggression towards my child that day confirmed to me why he’d cry every morning before going into her house. Never again."
