"If I could write a review without giving a star I definitely would because they don't deserve a star at all.The first reason is the amount I was charged for a simple return is highway robbery. Another reason is the fact that the young man as nice as he was, wasn't quite trained enough to be actually dealing with live customers. He got up and walked away to ask a a coworker (boss or supervisor I am guessing) questions on what he needed to do or not do or if this was correct etc he got up and asked questions 4 different times before his superior finally took over and finished the process using his tax number still giving him the credit for doing the return. Finally the condescending tone in which the superior who finished up the process for the young man that I started spoke to me about sometimes it could be a long process or the process of doing it could take a while yes I understand that sometimes having your taxes done can be time-consuming but not with such a simple return. It wouldn't have been such a long process if the young man had have been better trained in what he was doing. It wasn't his fault and he was sweet as he could be he just wasn't ready, and no one explained anything to me about the fees or anything like that. It was truly a horrible experience."
