"Horrible place. I had a reservation to drop off my U-Haul and there was no key drop off in the front . There was a sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes and we waited longer than that. Why would you guys leave the building unattended knowing people have to drop keys off? That is unprofessional."

"I came here on Tuesday, February 21st around 4pm to drop off packages for pickup. The store was unlocked but no one was there. Packages were on the counter, the lights were on but it was empty besides a lady that had been there 15 minutes because she needed to send a package urgently. I directed her to another postal place down the road for assistance. The USPS guy checked the back and it was empty. I'm not sure what happened but I won't be going back there."

"I highly recommend this place. We ship/drop off USPS and FedEx packages here often and we never have any problems with all those shipments. The owner is honest, very reliable and very friendly too! I'm very grateful to have this place nearby."

"Package was dropped off and paid for on 11/11 but they gave it to USPS instead of UPS and now the package is lost. This store blames the carrier but it is very literally this store’s job to hand it to the right carrier, & collect the $ of course. Absolutely no one can help me because USPS does not keep track of packages for other carrier’s and say they would have already handed it to UPS. UPS says they scan packages as they get them and clearly show they have not received it. The store says the error wasn’t theirs but that they know there were “delays”, have not disclosed what they are/were, have not offered to refund the post paid, nor have they stayed in contact with updates, as they said they would. If you have important packages or packages that you want handled with the appropriate attention, I highly recommend you deliver to the carrier yourself and avoid this place entirely."

We also appreciate the notifications of items being delivered. And the coffee for business owners at a time! This company truly does live up to the company name.
