"Kids time is the worst daycare I have ever been to in my life Donna used to pinch the the kids necks and yell at them, her and her ex husband used to yell at each other EVERY SINGLE DAY. Also she used to yell at the coworkers as well. I hated going there and so did my siblings! DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!!"

"This place is ridiculous. My daughter went there for 3 days. It was new to her so of course she was throwing a fit. They didn’t even give her 10 mins to get used to the place before they’d call me back to get her. Waste of my time, money and gas. They didn’t even try and personally I think they where just looking for excuses to make me come get her bc they didn’t want to deal with it. My daughter was supposed to eat breakfast there also and they didn’t even try to feed her or get her out of the entry way before calling me back to get her. They knew all along it wasn’t going to work out they just wanted to keep my deposit. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would."

"This place needs to be shut down. The owner is a complete psycho. She runs a very poor business and has no idea how to treat people that work for her. I wouldn't leave a mangy stray dog in her care, let alone my precious grandchildren. Bragging about making 100k a year doesn't make her a better person. Bullying and belittling her employees makes a person wonder how she treats the children. My daughter worked there for 12 hours. 3 1/2 hours a day for 3 days. She had my 2 grandchildren there as well, funded by the state of ky. My daughter never received any training for their processes in the 3 days of working there, the owner, Donna Fambrough, talked down to my daughter daily about petty childish things. My daughter decided to quit and get her kids away from this place. These people threatened to call the police because we wouldn't sign her piece of paper and I as a grandmother/mother had not rights to be there. The owner was rude to me as soon as i walked in the door and told me to get out. I wasn't about to leave my child in there with them monsters! The owner set a piece of paper on the desk. After reading the paper it stated that my daughter would have to keep the children there for 2 weeks and owe full price for those weeks. I made sure the lady knew that she wouldn't be receiving a dime from us. We were called trash. The woman made fun of my weight, screamed at me and my daughter in front of my grandchildren. All the time I kept asking to see the infamous "parent handbook" and the papers that my daughter signed. She refused by acting like a screaming banshee. When the police got there, we still didn't get the papers and we were told if we came to Kids Time again it would be trespassing. No worries there! I'm still just amazed by this whole thing. These people are crooked. They are not good people."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE. They do not give progress reports. If your kid misbehaves in any way they call you and threaten to suspend your kid for 3 days. Had to call the cops today due to she refused to give me my money back and the cop even told me he has had to come up there 3 or 4 times in the last year due to the manager/Donna is mean to her employees and staff. Exact reason we were taking her out of that one and into a new one. Please don't take your kids there. Due your due diligence and read all the reviews because none of them are any good. Wish I had researched more before we took ours there."

"If I could give it no stars I would. This place is horrible! My son would come home with bruises that no kid could inflict onto another kid. When we would confront Ms. Donna about it should never be direct with her answer. She'd always call us saying our child was out of hand and that we needed to come and get him right away because she didn't have time to take care of him and sit him in time out to let him calm down. When he was still in diapers he would come home with soaked pants and diapers and we'd ask her about it and she said that she didn't notice he was wet. It takes a long time for a diaper to not be able to hold pee, so that means she wasn't watching for hours. She runs on a skeleton crew, staff is always coming and going, and our child would come home and we'd ask him about his day and he wouldn't say a word. He'd start to mention that people were being mean to him and when we asked him who he'd close up like a clam. Please, do not take your kid here. At first they were nice, but then it quickly went down hill and I feel horrible that my son had to go here, and I didn't find out about how bad they were sooner."
