"Dorm rooms need more updates, no computer or cell phone jacks. Very small bathrooms. Not enough electricity plugs. Small rooms. Not enough closet space. The road areas need repairs. The university is beautiful, but there is not enough parking for students, and it was summer. The area around the university doesn't offer much. The dining hall had a sour smell inside it. No opportunity to discover what type of meals the mandatory meal plan would include. The young woman who gave the tour was very pleasant. My son liked that the campus was small but seems to offer learning opportunities. He also liked that the university isn't a party school. We'll see if they are competitive with scholarship offers. Post education placement wasn't discussed as other university tours we'd been on this summer."
