"Ok, let me just say that he is incredibly amazing! So very patient and interacts with each individual children according to their needs and personalities. We saw Dr. Rich when my son was around 13 months old, today he is 13. The Dr/patient relationship is by far one of the best I’ve seen. Both Dr. and my son laughed together for quite some time before the initial examination. They even shared a hug. He made my son feel so comfortable that my son just reached out and hugged him.
