We had told him we wanted black floors in July, he says he never saw any of the images we sent him and that it was our fault for the delays because he had to do two test rooms. He did keep saying he had 42 years of experience…but it seems they didn’t even fully vacuum before applying the paint, and there’s dust in the paint. So….images speak louder than words…and Dear Tom, people have a right to know this. Had we known what you’re really like we would have gone with someone else. I also wouldn’t work with him if you’re lgbt+ or a woman."
