"My Bloomington based friends took me out to this intriguing place one evening back in January. We didn't really have time to do the full tour of the distillery but we took the opportunity to visit the shop and sample some of their wares. The young lady behind the counter seemed to be glad to have someone to talk to & she helped us make our selection of delights to try. I went for three rye based whiskeys ( High Road Rye, Harvest Rye & Sweet Mash Rye) which were excellent. My friends went for a wider mixture of Toasted Coconut Rum, Cinnamon Vodka & Peanut Butter Whiskey. Uniquely interesting would be the best way to describe them. This place really is something different. If I ever come back to this part of the world I'll be sure to leave enough time to explore it properly. And take home some "souvenirs"!"

"Went to brown county for a weekend trip with my boyfriend and decided to eat dinner here one night. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a discount on our food due to slow service which was so nice and unexpected!! Food and drinks were so good. Definitely will be coming back :)"

"Despite a slight wait (with reservations - the check in process could be improved) to seated for lunch, the meal and service was excellent! The pulled pork nachos appetizer is a win! Our sandwiches were tasty and well prepared. The grilled chicken with maple bacon and pulled pork grilled cheese were outstanding! The chicken was moist and tender, not dry at all. Highly recommend the toasted coconut chai latte too!"

"Absolutely, the best hamburger I have had in twenty years! Rode our motorcycles up here to the HTDC, had lunch and walked the grounds. Didn't have time for the ATV tour or pontoon tour but visited the gift shop and tasting bar. If you don't come for the spirits, come for the food. You won't regret it!"

"Stopped in here for lunch just before noon on Monday (day before the 4th). Thought it would be crazy busy due to the long holiday weekend, but we were seated immediately. Options of indoor and outdoor seating, with stunning views. This entire property is incredible! --> Check out their live music events. We hadn't planned ahead enough to book an ATV tour, but it is absolutely on the list for a return trip. There is a walking trail behind a big pond, although the trail was closed due to a downed tree that had fallen during recent storms. Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos! Drinks were strong, and super tasty. Gift shop/packaged liquor area are super cute, and reasonably priced. Service was friendly. Will absolutely be returning!"
