"I totally recommend this daycare center. I am the assistant director at the center. The love that I see from the teachers to the kids is beyond amazing. I have told a few friends that have kids to come bring them here. The teachers do an awesome job working with the kids and taking care of them. I am so glad to have joined this amazing team. I couldn't be more thankful for joining this team. The kids learn about God every day and they are shown the love of God daily by the teachers that they have."
"I use to work for little lambs. After being involved in a near death car accident I haven't been able to do most the things I otherwise enjoy. 4 months after the accident and I'm still not back to where I should be. Little Lambs is a very peaceful, nurturing, and Christ centered place. Everyone that posts and comments on anything will either find the good or the negative, I only have positive things to say about it. And hopefully one day I will be able to teach again. The staff are a blessing but so are the parents"
"Loved this daycare/school. My daughter still talks about it. I loved how much they worked with her. She was well prepared for kindergarten. My favorite was how much she learned about God and the bible. We moved an hour away from the school and still made the drive for a few months until she started kindergarten because we didn't want to take her out of this daycare. They would text me pictures, or updates, they had a lot of activities."
"I recommend Little Lambs! While keeping in mind that an angry parent, terminated employee or their mate, or simply a person who has come to a wrong conclusion can complain in any manner they please on social media, expressing their own description of their issue without consideration or knowledge of why practical decisions have been made based on qualifying policies and procedures, those issues and complaints are addressed, handled and reported to our Board and dealt with in a personal and private manner. The unfortunate part of the job as decision maker is not always understood, isn't always accepted and private information can't always be disclosed to explain a reason why and what and how things have been addressed and handled. Some decisions don't always make everyone happy. Some become angry, some understand and some are simply irate and unreasonable. As they are only dealing with their understanding of their issue, I am left to privately address their issue that may involve employee circumstance, non-payment of tuition, unreasonable or impossible parent demands, complaints, how to handle an aggressive child, determining truths and untruths, employees who don't want to work, or who have a lack of understanding or consideration for fellow employees or policies, finding new employees, terminating employees, to mention only a few and then determine how to deal with all involved in a fair manner. The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth works in every instance, but isn't always addressed in one's complaining, leaving a one sided story for all to read, interpret and believe. Unfortunate. Let go and let God."
"We've been gone for over 6 months and it was the best decision to pull my daughter from there. Between catching a staff member sleeping and another talking on speaker phone while serving infants breakfast (she should have been interacting with the children) or the constant faces in phones instead of watching and being engaged with the children, I had enough! The director sided with her staff and not me when I brought concerns to her. Poorly ran & I would NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone. Jenn, Lindsey and Martha were the only people who kept me there and sadly I'm sure they are all gone too! Stay away!"
