"My infant son is currently there and we are very unhappy with how this place runs. My husband and I are made to feel very unwelcome and some of the nurses have made comments like my child belongs to them. I have only held him once and now all of a sudden I'm not allowed to hold him. They keep changing their visitation rules every other day. They don't care about the bonding between baby and parents or the bonding of him and his twin. There are times I call to check on him and they sound annoyed that I am calling and sometimes I have to call 3 times in a row because no one is answering (they let it ring then it goes to a dial tone).I've asked to get a care meeting and was met with ill have someone get back with you...it's been over a week and nothing. I wish I knew a better place to send him in Indiana."

"I am happy with the quality of care my great niece receives. She is always clean, her room is always clean and most importantly her medical needs are being met. Thank you to all the cna's and nurses and especially, a little dark haired nurse name Megan. I can see the compassion and care in your eyes and heart that you have for the kids. "Staff never at stations always on smoke breaks kids not showered for 5 days. They don't want me to be more specific... Only send your hild here if you have no other option. And then file a formal complaint with the state to have this place shut down so you will have another option beside this horrible excuse of a children's home."
