"While our experience at Sapling's original building with our older child was overwhelmingly positive, our experience at the second building with our younger child was less so. The owner/director, who was also the acting supervisor, was rarely present during pickup or drop off times, which affected continuity of care and communication for new families like ours. While the limited hours might suit some, it wasn't a good fit for our family. I believe hiring a full-time supervisor would greatly improve the situation and allow for better in-person communication to address concerns before they escalate. Parents should feel supported and heard, and having a consistent presence during crucial times is essential for the well-being of the children. Hopefully, with constructive feedback, positive changes can be made to match the high standards established at the first school."
